Visual language shows up in any urban space. In our daily lives, we navigate virtual and real spaces by constantly translating and decoding signs and symbols. Like any form of communication, language remains highly context specific. Can we recreate basic forms of visual language related to the place we live – visual language of localities? What happens if we alienate the context and disembody language? Can we use this „disorder“ as a starting point for an artistic work and create a kind of global language?
